So fast forward a few years and I began working for my father’s company C&M Waste Management, this started from a kitchen table and grew to be a successful and strong business and I thrived on the work and knew this was the right path for me. The business was brought out some years later and with the pandemic we were made redundant, so Sarah and I decided to set up our own company and here we are 2 years later! I am proud of what we have achieved in such a difficult time and we are expanding and growing all the time, it is hard work but also extremely rewarding!

I am a mother of 4 children and 3 Labradors, who all keep me on my toes and active. I enjoy exercise and am a keen gym goer (keeps me sane) You rarely find me sitting still!
